Haleon PLC (“Haleon”) today announces the appointment of Nathalie Gerschtein as President North America. Nathalie will join Haleon on 1 May 2025.

This appointment follows Lisa Paley’s announcement to step down from her role. Lisa will stay with the business until the end of May to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.

Nathalie had most recently been President of the Consumer Products Division for the North America at L’Oréal Group. Nathalie brings over two decades of experience in FMCG, retail, and beauty, across 3 continents, with a track record of successfully driving growth and transformation at scale, and building strongly engaged, high performing teams.
