The Directors of the Haleon UK subsidiaries follow Haleon plc's corporate governance arrangements and exercise their duties while having regard to the factors set out in Section 172 of the Companies Act 2006.
The ultimate parent company of the Group is Haleon plc. Haleon plc has a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange and is subject to the provisions of the UK Corporate Governance Code.
