    Comment déclarer un évènement indésirable :

    Afin de pouvoir documenter rapidement et efficacement vos informations, nous vous invitons à remonter le plus d’informations possible. Les 4 informations suivantes, au minimum, sont nécessaires et doivent nous être transmises :

    • Les initiales de la personne ayant présenté un effet indésirable et/ou d’autres identifiants comme le genre, la date de naissance.
    • Les coordonnées de la personne ayant déclaré le problème
      Une description de l’éventuel évènement indésirable tel que les signes et symptômes, la date d’apparition de l’éventuel effet indésirable et son évolution.

Tutto ciò richiede un monitoraggio costante che si ottiene implementando un efficiente sistema di vigilanza sulla sicurezza dei nostri prodotti. La raccolta di tutti i possibili eventi avversi, effetti indesiderabili, incidenti a seguito dell’utilizzo di tutti i prodotti Haleon ci aiuta ad offrire le informazioni più aggiornate possibili a tutti coloro che ne beneficiano. Per evento avverso si intende un qualsiasi evento – grave/non grave, atteso/inatteso - rilevante sul piano medico e non desiderato che si verifichi in un individuo e che sia temporalmente associato all’assunzione di un prodotto Haleon, indipendentemente dalla relazione causale fra la manifestazione osservata e l’impiego del prodotto. È fondamentale che tutti gli eventi avversi vengano segnalati entro 24 ore dal momento in cui se ne viene a conoscenza e che vengano riportate tutte le informazioni disponibili, come minimo:

    • Iniziali del paziente, età o data di nascita
    • Informazioni di contatto del segnalatore
    • Descrizione dell’evento avverso
